We aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping options, and fees.


1. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


2. SHIPPING TIME

Delivery times vary by location:

United States 7–15 business days
Canada 10–18 business days
United Kingdom 7–15 business days
Australia / New Zealand 10–18 business days
Other Countries 10–20 business days

Note: Delivery time includes order processing and transit. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to customs.


3. SHIPPING FEES

  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders $60 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: Orders under $60: $9.9 USD.

  • Express / Expedited Shipping: $19.9 USD per order.

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and order amount.


4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • After shipping, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

  • Tracking may show “Awaiting Item” or “Label Created” initially; your package is already in transit.

  • Allow 2–5 business days for the tracking information to update after receiving the number.


5. DELIVERY ISSUES

  • Lost or delayed packages: If there’s no tracking update for over 30 days, contact service@luxeshopcart.com.

  • Incorrect address: Notify us before shipment to update. Once shipped, we cannot change the address.

  • Returned packages: Packages returned due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed deliveries can be resent after paying reshipping fees.


6. ORDER TRACKING STATUS EXPLANATION

  • Shipment Information Received: Order confirmed, waiting for pickup.

  • In Transit: Package is on its way internationally.

  • Arrived at Destination Country: Package has reached local customs or postal facility.

  • Out for Delivery: Package is being delivered to your address.

  • Delivered: Package has been successfully delivered.
