Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
All original tags and packaging must remain attached.
Unless the item is defective or damaged, Final Sale or Clearance products are not eligible for return or refund.
Orders paid entirely with Store Credit or Coupon Codes are considered Final Sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

You can choose to receive store credit, a replacement item, or a refund to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Return labels are not provided, and customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip with your package and specify the size or item you’d like in exchange (availability not guaranteed).
Ship your return to the address provided in our email response.
Once your return is received and inspected, your exchange will be processed or your refund will be issued.
Please make sure to provide a tracking number when sending back your return. Without tracking information, we won’t be able to process your refund.
Refunds are typically issued within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned package.

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees cannot be refunded.
Items purchased with store credits from a previous return are not eligible for additional free returns.
Store credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
